5 Necessities For Helping Yourself Feel Better!

Wouldn't it, be nice, if we could enhance our chances, of helping ourselves, feel better, and eliminating, some of those, stress - related, challenges, which, rarely, are beneficial? Although, this isn't brain - surgery, or overly - complicated, it does make common sense, and many realize, this is often, among the rarest of many human's qualities/ talents/ abilities! It's important to realize, this does not mean eliminating stresses, but, rather, transforming them, to a most - beneficial, personal advantage! With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, 5 necessities, to pursue, the best, most beneficial, approaches, to a quality, happier, and, thus, usually, healthier life.



1. Effectively using Affirmations: Affirmations should be, positive, personal statements, articulated, and stated, in the present tense! For example, if one wanted to lose weight, instead of saying, I want (or need) to lose some weight, worded this, as, I am proud of my body image, and do all, I can, daily, to maintain it, in order to take care of myself. When, affirmations are used properly, one's personal list, should, begin, with whatever, may be, most important, personally! Most recommend, it be, 10 statements, which one reads, daily, at least 3 to 5 times, a day, in front of a mirror, in a serious, focused way!


2. Self - hypnosis; self - help: When, our primary focus, is on productive, self - help, our opportunities, improve! Although, there are many components, to doing so, and we should use, as many, as possible, one, which, has helped many, is effectively, properly, using self - hypnosis! Self - hypnosis a well - considered, exercise, and action, used, to address, issues, discovered, after one seeks to be, as objective and introspective, as possible, and performs, a thorough, honest, realistic, check - up, from the neck - up! There have been many volumes, written on that subject, and I highly, recommend, those, wanting to benefit, themselves, take the time, and make the effort, to read several of them!


3. Attitude: While many people, claim to have a positive attitude, a close examination, often, reveals, otherwise! Therefore, it helps, to all you can, to proceed, consistently, with a true, realistic, positive, can - do, attitude, seeking the best ways to succeed, rather than focusing, negatively, on reasons, why you may not!


 Enhancing aptitude, and skill - set: Take the time,4. make the effort, and do, all you can, to, consistently, enhance you aptitude, and skill - set, in order to be, the best, you can become!


5. Be proactive/ Avoid procrastination: Procrastination, generally, is a dangerous way, to proceed, through, your life! Consistently, be proactive, in terms, of pursuing the best path, forward!


Be your own, best friend, by consistently, helping yourself, by your actions, and attitudes! Are you prepared to be, the best, you can be?
